End-of-Life Doula Services

My role is to walk beside you, offering guidance, and helping ensure that this time is met with dignity, presence, and compassion.

Workshops & Retreats

Intimate group experiences designed to help you name your losses, move through grief in community, and reconnect with hope. From half-day workshops to immersive weekend retreats, each gathering is held with care and intention.

End-of-Life Doula Services

Family & Caregiver Guidance

I offer education and emotional support to family members and caregivers who are often carrying more than they know how to hold. I can help you understand what to expect, how to communicate across difficult conversations, and how to care for yourself while caring for someone you love.

Vigil Presence and End-of-Life Support

I can be present with you or your loved one during the final hours and days of life, sitting in stillness, reading aloud, playing meaningful music, or simply bearing witness. Dying deserves a witness, and I am honored to be that presence when family needs rest or when someone wishes not to be alone.

Grief Recovery Program

Structured, evidence-informed programs for those carrying the weight of loss. Whether your grief is fresh or long-held, these programs offer a safe path through — and a way forward into meaning and healing.

Legacy Projects

Together we can capture what matters most through recorded life review conversations, letters to loved ones, memory books, ethical wills, or creative expressions of a life well-lived. These become treasured gifts for the people left behind.

Additional Services

Post-Death Support & After-Care

The hours and days following a death can feel disorienting and can feel impossible . I can provide support in the immediate aftermath — helping with notifications, honoring the body with intention, guiding families through next steps, and simply being present as the first wave of grief arrives.

One-on-One Support

Personal, ongoing support for those in need of support  — whether you’re facing a terminal diagnosis, supporting a loved one, processing grief, or seeking to live more fully in the face of mortality. Sessions available in-person and virtually, nationwide.

COMING SOON… Recovery, Renewal & the Courage to Begin Again

I know what it is to fall — and to find your way back more than once. If you are living in recovery, navigating relapse, or somewhere in the tender space between who you were and who you are becoming, there is a place for you here.

If you have relapsed — once, or many times — you have not lost your way forever. Healing is not linear, and neither is this work. I know this not only as a practitioner, but as someone who has lived it.
